Technology Leader

Built Talent Hustler and recently founded Frac Consulting.

I've worked as a Principal Consultant for one of the top global Microsoft consultancies
I've been the technology leader at multiple start-ups with successful exits
Given my management experience so I can guarantee that I'm autonomous and think about things far past "it works on my machine".
2 years of experience building AI platforms using multiple agentic development approaches. I no longer hand-write code.
Strong software engineering fundamentals. I've always been hands on. Historically with .NET, but with agentic software engineering language skills aren't an issue. Happy to work in any stack.
